Contract Psychotherapists (Part‑Time, Colorado) – Room for Growth

Direct Access, LLC is seeking contract psychotherapists to provide mental health services across rural Colorado. These positions begin on a part‑time basis (20–40 hours/month) with meaningful room to grow into full‑time work for clinicians who want to expand their caseload and impact.

We welcome newly licensed psychotherapists, those nearing licensure with external supervision, and psychotherapists of color. Diverse, culturally responsive clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.

Role Responsibilities

Qualified candidates will have experience with:

  • Diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health concerns

  • Conducting clinical assessments and producing clear, timely reports

  • Reviewing clinical notes for quality and compliance

  • Working with rural or underserved populations (preferred but not required)

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

  • A current Colorado license to practice psychotherapy or psychology

    • We will consider candidates nearing licensure who have their own clinical supervisor. Direct Access does not provide supervision.

  • An NPI number or the ability to obtain one

  • Malpractice insurance

Compensation & Growth

  • Hourly rate: $65.67 – $90.00 per hour

  • Hours: 20–40 hours per month to start, with the possibility of expanding into a full‑time caseload

  • Opportunities for increased responsibility, expanded client load, and long‑term partnership within the organization
